The first time I listened to Angelina Jordan I felt a connection that I've never felt with any other artist. I was instantly hooked. I watched everything from Angelina Jordan I could find. And I soon discovered Reaction Videos. Seeing someone listening to Angelina Jordan for the first time brings back the memory of that first time (it was Bohemian Rhapsody for me).
I listen to Angelina Jordan everyday. I’m fascinated how her voice can take me “off guard” every time I start listening to her. It’s as if I can’t remember or comprehend how good she really sounds. It sounds better than I can imagine and It’s almost as if I’m listening to her fresh again each time. Almost.

One of the things that makes AJ so special is the multi-dimensional quality of her voice. It’s the rasp and cracks and vibrations (for a lack of a better word) that gets to me. There is an intangible quality to Angelina’s voice that just connects, you know?

She started singing in a mic by 18 months. At seven/eight she won Norway’s Got Talent. At thirteen she was on America’s Got Talent saying she had been waiting ten years to sing for Simon. Yes, age three she was asking her mom to sign her up for talent shows.

Thank you for this montage, it made me want to go back to all my saved videos of AJ from these years. I don't hear much these days from Angelina, I don't know why. Pontus, for me there is nothing more entertaining than to see the reaction from people when they hear Angelina for the first time. Thank you for providing the responses from this group of stunned reactors. I find it interesting that some are a bit more reserved than others and I suspect this is from the common experience of 1-hit artists doing one great song and being heard from again. Others seem to pick-up immediately (i.e., SauceyDad) that the things Angelina does vocally (let alone arrangement wise) is not possible unless one is a bona fide genius and/or prodigy. They get that the talent is real and permanent. Love your work.
