I was at that week 14 game 2018 against the Ravens. The 4th 9 pass connection shook the stadium like no other game I have ever been to. Mahomes is the most incredible player to grace KC, and perhaps the NFL. This is a small highlight reel, in truth it is almost every week that he puts on a show and makes magic happen.

Mahomes has a baseball past. His dad played professionally and he played all through high school. He is a football player who throws the ball like a baseball player. Hence the side-arm pass and the other crazy things he does with the ball. It's amazing to watch!

Doesn't matter if he's only been starting for 2 seasons, in fact that only solidifies it. He's already had a 50TD/5,000YD season, league MVP, Super Bowl Title, and Super Bowl MVP, 2 ProBowls, etc... And that's not even mentioning his unbelievable physical abilities that literally nobody else can match. Some people can do some of the things he does, but nobody can do all the things he does.

I borderline hate football, who suddenly got addicted to watching just because I bothered to watch the last 6 minutes of Super bowl. As a Physical therapist, I recognized how incredible that he can do the passes he made. Plus the heart, the passion, the determination.... didn't give-up & worked even harder & succeeded as things got even more challenging. Heck, THAT is admirable not only with football or my Patients' journey... but in anyone's life! His drive and determination to believe, rubbed-off onto his teammates. Beautiful to see!

Mahomes to Hill is one of the most lethal combos I've seen in my 50 years of being a fan of the game. The across the body pass to Hill was totally insane. How did he hit him running that fast? The internet broke!

The Chiefs vs the Texans in the 1st play off game was one of my favorite games to watch. Not only did Mahomes close the gap of a 24 point deficit, he also tied the record for most touchdowns in 1 quarter in a post season game. The Chiefs scored so many touchdowns, that the Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium ran out fireworks for Chiefs touchdowns and the broke a record for most touchdowns in 1 half of a game in a post season game.

If you really want to know and understand why he has defied opposing teams you have to watch all his Texas Tech football games. His defense was terrible forcing him to use gunslinger and high scoring games. He's use to playing from behind. What your now seeing in the NFL he has already done. These performances he's already mastered his college years. I know because I follwed every game he played. We because Red Raiders as my daughter were attending the same time as Patrick. He was always throwing the long ball. Being a baseball shortstop helps his agility. He was also a pitcher and threw a no hitter. As long as he can stay injury free he will continue to astounding us and break the internet.

Two throws that were left out: 1) 2018 Mahomes throws side arm, bending the pass around an OL and DL to complete to Kelce who was running an out route, covered by Colts LB Darius Leonard. 2) 2018 In the same no look pass game against the Raven, Mahomes throws a side arm pass to Spencer Ware on the sidelines. He squeezes it through such a tight passing window and would never complete that pass if he didn’t thro the ball exactly the way he throws it. The play doesn’t get a lot of attention, but if you watch it from the QB angle and not from the sideline angle, it really shows how tight of a window he throws the ball through.
