Frozen fruit is absolutely top tier for oats or COR. But if you're eating it alone fresh fruit could be better. A frozen apple seems mad vs. a fresh, crisp apple.

I didn't know what to watch in my post-workout meal, and your video came up, great AJ! Question regarding your nutrition, first of all, the advice you give about being more "conscious" when eating and not using your cell phone is very good, I sometimes fail at that, I have to improve it, but how long do you take and how long does it take you to eat one of your meals? It's a curiosity because I imagine that in prep, as the deficit progresses you probably feel like eating more quickly and that's where you should be more present in the moment. On the other hand, with vegetables and fruits, do you always count them? I personally don't weigh vegetables at any time and I don't take them into account in the total CHO calculation of my diet, and I consume them at will, of all varieties and to failure LOL, and I do take fruit into account as a source of CHO, but I don't weigh them, I simply count 2 pieces on average per day = 40g of CHO and that's it. I ask because my background is different and I don't live or dedicate myself to bodybuilding, and obviously your level of precision needs to be higher. Greetings from Argentina!

The only good frozen fruit to use is blueberries. Work great on Porridge and Weetabix and creates a lovely syrup but other frozen fruits apart from in smoothies is just to soggy. I don't like it. Plus you have to remember to get it out a bit before using. All opinions though. People like different things. Carbs are fuel. Don't under estimate them.

AJ I know you’re a high protein guy 1.25-1.5g per lb for most I was wondering do you count trace proteins from carbs and fats ? Or do you just count whole sources of protein towards your macros ? I see so many now doing the 50g protein from chicken 50g carbs from rice 10g added fat source from Avocado Oil. When you plug it in the calories are clearly more than the direct sources. What do you recommend ?

My friends do the same with caffeine intake. All over the place. I had some friends over for a game night around 8 pm and they came after stopping by for a coffee. I've noticed the same with their diets, sorta all over the place/really whatever they feel at the moment. Kinda cool in a sense but really different to people in physique sports.

Not a bad option! But I’d prefer more stable squat patterns like a pendulum or hack personally
