Awesome getting on the pink was a fantastic shot. Imagine doing that at 17yr playing top level wow 👍👏👏 Now in 2024 you seem to be bored You are like the Kelly Slater of Surfing mate. The greatest of all time cheer 🍺🍻🍺

Back before his opponents just sat there with a resigned look on their face. This guy still looks hopeful that he'll get another chance at the table.

In the beginning of the video you texted that Davis upto then won four uk titles. He had already 6 uk titles.

As good as Ronnie was then, it's interesting to see the difference in his cue action then and now. He's truly perfected his craft over the years.

With health Ronnie may be the first to win Majors 50 years apart. Only 21 more to go. I hope his ambition for the sport keeps him going towards it. However, doing or not doing my little scenario does not change whom he has become. Just imagine back then telling someone in the audience, 'one day we will have to explain who that guy playing Ronnie was'.

My two favourite players of all time. Steve Davis was my favourite for years, always Mr Cool and a gentleman and then my rivalry with Ronnie O'Sullivan and his "no mucking about" when playing was really something. Hard to choose. I just hated those players who took ages taking a shot even when the one they were about to make was obvious. It was infuriating. Really happy to see this game. Just miss the booze and the cigs and the huge mustaches, sideburns of the end of the 70s beginning of the 80s...(just joking).

the referee was picking up the potted balls hella fast. I bet he was thinking: maybe one day I can team up with this guy and "we" can do the fastest 147 ever

Loved it when Steve stayed standing after leaving a long red on. With the benefit of hindsight that Steve did not posess, I was thinking "Sit down, Steve... and make yourself comfortable" :)

Steve missing an easy shot on 10 you don’t get away with that now. You have to be winning the frame from there.
@jahanzarey74402 жыл бұрын
It was'n easy for me
@deborahmoore62142 жыл бұрын
That wasn’t easy, hampered by a red and forced to play with a ton of right hand side. Not surprised he missed it, almost impossible not to push the white a little to the left, which is what he did.
@daboss31162 жыл бұрын
@@deborahmoore6214 your absolutely right there… hampered I knew he wasn’t gonna pot that…

@gofigure82 жыл бұрын
Steve should have opted for black rather than the hampered pink. Also safety he left the long red and white was well off the baulk cushion.
