The Ex Scotrail 170,s really scrub up well in Nothern spec. Only downside is they've removed the original Dot Matrix Info screens

I've been on these on the Harrogate Loop, and I'm disappointed that they've changed the station screens throughout the train when there was nothing wrong with them. That's just my opinion on that, but they're good trains though.

yeah its strange seeing 170s with trainfx installed. the same PIS is used on the 15x, 319/769 and 323 fleets! apparently there are plans for it to be installed on the 333s as well
