Two years ago, I could barely walk. I was going through a lot of health stuff. Fast forward. I’ve been doing Anabolic for three months. Three days ago, I pulled 225 off the floor! I sat it down, rested for three minutes and I did it AGAIN!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: you three are LITERALLY changing lives! Thank you!

Holy shit the gains I've gotten is mind blowing! Love all the free info and the humor, especially the dad tips. You guys are fantastic role models for young men. Keep it up guys!

I just finished a month of MAPS Anywhere. As a power lifter in my younger years, I always thought you had to go to failure. This is the first time I've ever tried going to fatigue. So far so good, normally at this point I have to stop from injury... So I'm on the right track.

Love the insights about food rituals with kids. Growing up, my family often ate (pretty much all meals) in front of the TV which makes sense why I struggle to eat without distractions. It's something that I've been working on but your conversation about your families just helped me better understand myself and where that resistance comes from!

Happy new year! I used to listen to the show while working out at home, but now that I got back to the gym, I cannot listen to you guys there, because you make me laugh my head off and I don’t want people staring at me weird… Seriously! Keep up the good work!

QUAH 3: Stress! I gain weight when I eat under 1650. I have to stay in a sweet spot between 1650 and 1850 to lose. Any higher OR any lower and I gain. This has happened time and again. Training is a stress. Dieting is a stress. Negative thinking is a stress. One must care for themselves wholeheartedly through the recomp process. The body must be coaxed, not pushed. This is even more so for women. Bailey, ask your functional doctor to check your cortisol through a 4 point saliva test. Best wishes!!!

Yesterday I watched Mind Pump Tv with Ms.Palak. The 4 exercises on shoulder pain I actually has or should I say had, serious shoulder issue . I actually have to put arms on top of wieghts when I squat because I can’t pull shoulders back due to shoulder pain . I did exercises a few times a day for one day and next day went to gym for legs and bam I can actually place hands much closer where they are supposed to be. I can actually do dumbbell press with out shoulder pain.

I purposefully don’t allow myself snacks when I watch tv with my husband. We do eat dinner together around the tv with our kids, but since I track macros, dinner is a non-issue. If I had to say I have an issue with tv, it’s alcohol on the weekends while I’m winding down. I decided to go no alcohol for the month of January and have started doing the work of finding out where that habit came from and forming better ones. I have an addictive personality so if anyone has good replacements for bad habits they’ve used, please let me know!

Hi MindPump team. So I’ve heard you guys say that for Will Smith’s transformation you would first have him bulk for 4-6 weeks to boost his metabolism. How much of a surplus would you implement with him? Should really overweight individuals also start their fat loss journey with a short bulk? Thanks. Stay blessed 🙏🏽
