175k with no tar roads. Ghana must explain how do they come up with such prices. Surroundings , accessibility of needs and infrastructure determines the value of the house not the material used to build the house

Hmmmm. I don't like the design. From outside looking terrible, not inviting. Inside too many cuts and corners....lots of small corridors for nothing. Workmanship ok. They need to work on the design from outside..... those houses look like matches boxes.

Not impressed. No greens. Concrete jungle. Non-existent family area. More for an office. No in-built wardrobes, other than the masterbedroom; rather a chest of drawers placed in each room. Master bathroom is small, devoid of a his and hers' sink (i.e., no double sink). This being said, I believe the property is priced right.

Build the roads that surround the housing! I see alot of beautiful houses being built but the roads are still dirt. It should be a standard that new builds have to connect to a paved road.
