This is the ABSOLUTE BEST of every makeover vid I've watched. Not necessarily because it's the most beautiful. But because you used what you own, appreciate what you have, and share it all with your daughter. More people would live in mobile homes if you were decorating them for them. This is fabulous. I lived in a single wide trailer years ago and I had to do all kinds of diy’s. I saved a ton of money by owning it and not throwing a lot of money on renting an apartment. It’s a great transition to owning a single family home. Best decision ever.

Haha! I am glad you noticed that! The detergent bottle usually says on it that the cap is washable. It's so I don't have to (A) have a sticky cup/surface from detergent dripping everywhere, and (B) walk to the sink to rinse it out and walk back to the laundry room. :)

Your video is very inspiring. I love what you've done with your furniture the painting The distressing it just looks so beautiful and fresh. I love your color palette it's wonderful. I actually did this when I was diagnosed with cancer last year and I did my bedroom for probably about 400 I guess something like that. But that was encompassing massive splurging it took my mind off of it. I went with gray and silver and oh my gosh it's beautiful there's a splash of pink in there in one of the wreaths. I went to the Dollar Store and I got some white Hearts made out of wicker and I painted them brighter White and the inside ones grey with pink ribbon and it goes in so well and my husband decided to splurge a little bit more into a bed frame and it's fantastic looks so pretty and makes you feel wonderful when you go to bed and you just look around your room you see everything that you've done. I love that too because you definitely can change it out with the season from simple art like Christmas ornaments, snow, etc to pictures of just you and your daughter and maybe another month of other family members. That means I have had to "let go" of a lot of things and just be okay with what I get! It's so funny --- I am fine talking in front of 40 teenagers each day, but standing in front of a camera makes me so self-conscious!
