I got mine, from Big Dan, of course, in the summer, really pleased with it. Did add a Niko Sterling scope, and a cheek pad. Living in Cornwall, Big Dan couldn't have been more helpful, despite some difficulties at this end. Brilliant little rifle. Full five stars for Dan as well.

They're a good gun aren't they gumby? They've gone a bit under the radar but they're one of the best spec'd rifles for the money you can get. Great looking monsters too.

So happy for this video. Raining, cold, wind asf, can't go outside and send lead down range, and needed this get away badly! Thank you sir! BTW the Wild and got me very excited!!! I can not wait for this review. Please tell me it will be in an FAC format... The WILD looks freaking wicked, and very similar to my LCS SK-19 in a handling aspect that is. Mine are .22 and .25 cal, and are amazingingly accurate, dependable , super easy to tune, and very powerful for an air rifle. For instance in .22-24.39s 50+ FPE and in .25 70+ FPE-34 gr FX pellets with a lot more power to spare honestly. 0--150 clicks on the power wheel, and only 1 is at 30 and the other at 33 clicks with 117 more to go if needed. Reg is at 145 on both. I really wish you could try them both. Semi is mostly what I use but full happy is a blast too. To bad I'm in the USA, and not down the street. You would have a blast! Hey Heath! I'd love to have a go with that! I need to get myself to you when I can, the shooting community out there is untouchable. The Wild will definitely be available in FAC where I think the rifle will truly shine. It's a really easy rifle to tinker with and if it's like the export Rainson Edge-X it'll have externally adjustable regulators. Brilliant stuff. I'm definitely having a go at that SK-19 for sure! Hey Stephen! If it had a metal foresight it'd be better.. a nice hooded one at that! To its credit it's super easy to remove. I do agree though I hate globs of plastic on the end of barrels.

I think a junior version of the Accumax would be a good seller. The way the stock is shaped would be ideal for young shooters. Youngsters may also like the space age looks and plastic doesnt bother them so much. Also it would be a bonus for a youth rifle to have fibre optic open sights and automatic safety. Some of the junior rifles lack these.

The Accumax looks to be a great budget springer. If you put bigger and nicer glass on the top, get the right pellet choice and dial it in right - I bet that's pretty much a pellet on pellet situation with the right weather conditions? That Rainson looks... Wild! It reminds me of the RTI Prophet rifles.? If it shoots as well as it looks, it's going to fly off the shelf. What's the deal with twin regulators though? I haven't shot a regulated PCP before so don't know what difference it would make? Couple of things I will say about it for constructive criticisms? First - That right hand dial is triggering my symmetry ocd! It's ever so slightly above the other two. As that rifle has some beautiful lines, I feel it looks a bit janky, out of place and an afterthought instead of a design feature? Either lower the right dial to be in line, or, raise the left and middle ones? I'd be a bit concerned also that it might put left handed shooters off too.? Secondly - Whilst that AR style grip is very lovely looking, at the high ticket price it looks like - I'd love the ability as a consumer to be able to fit any aftermarket AR grips available out there..? Thirdly - Again, as you're probably going to be parting second hand car type cash for it, and, I'm guessing it's going to be a benchrest blitzer type rifle, the 6 o'clock rail should be a combination of ARCA Swiss and Pic rail. The pic rail should sit inside the ARCA rail and be removable. That way you can chuck a bipod on for pest control work out in the field, AND, then remove it for a range day so the ARCA Swiss can be fitted to higher end tripods. So, as my guess is it's going to have a thumping price tag to it, sadly for my bank account. D'you do finance? 🤔 😂

Hahaha hey Ben! Hey! Don't you insult my little Konus Pro scope, it's a cracking little thing to be fair. Although a heavier scope could mute the recoil even more potentially. It's a bit like a chunky Prophet the Wild, the Wild is definitely a heavier rifle. I've noticed the gauge being slightly high but it depends on the internals and how it's set up. It's an odd looking thing for sure. I don't think it'll be as expensive as you think although it's TBA at the moment. I'd guess around £800-£900. I think it'll definitely be cheaper than most FX's etc which is what Rainson are going for I'd imagine, a rifle with a ton of adjustability but without the premium often garnered with big brand names.

@@bigdansairguns83 for the purposes of testing the scope was all that's needed 👍🏻I agree that a heavier optic may mitigate the recoil a little bit more? I can't remember if you said that the barrel is UNF threaded or not? If it is, a can on the end may also cut the slight lift down also? If the Wild comes in sub 1k, for the package you get, it will be a very sought after rifle indeed. I love the tailorability of the cheek piece and butt pad. The fact that it comes with 3 mags AND a can is unheard of in today's industry, where it's a case of "spend your cash and like it or lump it". Especially when you're spending close to a thousand pounds of your hard earned cash. I kind of look at rifles as a house. Yes, it'll keep you warm and dry, but the thing that sells houses are kitchens and gardens, ie the "extra bits" to the property. I think the guys responsible for the Elite and the Wild are definitely listening to their future customer base, something some companies are lacking today. After all, you can produce 50k rifles, but if the customers feel like they're being taken for a ride with primary, secondary and tertiary evolutions of their rifles - they're not going to buy. The rifles then don't sell and can't put cash in the manufacturers pockets by themselves.. Looking forward to seeing more of Rainson right from the outset. 👍🏻

Hey Superzuki! Hahaha don't take this as a group I can do every day. You'd annihilate me in a competition, this was a mixture of luck and to be fair a cracking gun. If you can, see if you can borrow an Accumax if you know anyone with one, I'm tempted to practice more freestanding shooting and this should work as a training aid to an extent for my other rifles. Have a go at one and let me know how you get on.

This rifle may look a bit odd , beauty being in the eye of the beholder ,it's always going to be a matter of personal tastes but at £150.00 with a Lifetime Warrantee ! , almost full power and pretty accurate to boot , what's not to like . The shot cycle was quiet and smooth the finish looks pretty decent on screen this rifle will probably sell by the boat load , but how does it compare to other similar priced weapons , My local RFD still has Remington express rifles with the crappy scope for £159.00 which are a great price , what could You get for that much these days , literally 8 or 9 cans of decent pellets if Your lucky . Thanks Richard it's great seeing you here again bud. The Express is an excellent rifle.. and lets be honest, much prettier. That said I'd be willing to bet that the Accumax is easier to shoot (no disrespect to the Express). The Accumax just almost shoots itself. It's genuinely one of the easiest rifles to shoot straight that I've ever shot. I don't freestand shoot but the results we had on film with that Accumax was incredible.

@@bigdansairguns83 Oh I never left and don't think I've missed an Episode yet , problem is I can only reply from My work station on My employers PC , & the game system I've been watching on has a really bad internet connection and the key board is crap ,I've also been on holiday recently (just Not working) and was hoping to get some good trigger time but the weather spoiled that plan so I had to resort to the HW40 and the CZP09 Co2 pistols for some short range plinking fun . Thanks again Dan , I watch loads of shooting videos both air powered & powder burners but I have to say I always look forward to watching Your revues more than just about any other airgun channel , and do start having withdrawal symptoms if I think I've missed one .
