I’m using a “Ocea JIGGER” 2000 HG on a GAME type J PE5 rod. Snez is using a “Talica” 16 on a “TEREZ” light action 6”6” rod. All SHIMANO mate and they are bloody good! I’m loving the jigging outfit the only downside is they only have 10kg of drag so on the bigger fish you need to apply a little extra with your thumb at times. Thanks for watching!! 👍

Snez is using the Talica’s 12’s & 16’s on Terez light action 6”6 rods. I’ve been using the Ocea Jigger 2000 & 1500 on the game type J Pe 5 and Pe 3 respectively. The Ocea 2000 is my fav! 👍

Thanks👍We use salt water and some ice. We just find you can wash off any debris from the filleting that way without affecting the eating quality. Vacuumed sealed after placing on absorbent paper or clean towel. 👍

Great fishing guys. With those jigs do actually just fish them as a normal bait or do work them? Just bought some 150g Meatheads.

I have tried both methods. When the fish are on the chew just drop and work, I just use quick half cranks. If the bite is a bit slower bait up and fish the bottom for equal success. They certainly have attributed to the better catch for us.

Definitely not as stable probably due to the weight difference. Good on fuel. Snez does not usually get sea sick very often but did in the AMM. Very different movement at rest and underway. I’ve been in cats for the last 20 years so a little bias. 👍
