The dog seen here was Solar's pet Jing Jing who you will meet again in My Hometown. Jing Jing passed away after a good life and Solar now has Yongkey. They never show Hwasa going over the vault because she's the one who didn't make it. Wheein did but for the video, intentionally failed. Others have mentioned them performing this at concerts. As far as I know, it's every concert, and usually with an elaborate performance, some lasting half an hour or more.

Wheein herself said that she is 159cm. One information site actually says 158.9cm; I will be nice and round up to 159 which is 62.59 inches, so she is 5ft, 2.59inches tall. Hwasa: Officially, long after their debut and NOT wearing high heels like the group used to do... Hwasa is currently supposed to be 160cm, which is 62.99 inches, just a hair's breadth under 5ft 3in. Solar: listed as 161cm which is 63.36inches, so not even 5ft 3.5 inches but actually a little less (trust me, to short people, every half-inch really counts). Moonbyul: 163cm or 64.17in, so just barely over 5ft 4in. When the group used to wear high heels, nobody thought much of it. But they have all suffered medical problems because of heels (such as ruptured discs and falling down stairs, etc...) so they all quit wearing heels. Now, everybody who already met them comments on how tiny they really are, making this song even more funny! Absolutely making fun of themselves so that nobody else can! lol

160 cm is 5'3". One of the ways they don't fit the idol standard is how short they are. While there are a few shorter idols (Alexa is 4'11) they have the shortest average height of a girl group. Apparently individual members were complaining about have to reset the mike height while they were recording and the CEO suggested they turn the complaints into a song. 1CM is not actually the title track for Melting that's You're the Best, but many songs on that album have vids.

1 CM is hilarious one of their crackhead songs. This also has heavy audience participation, with the repeated lyrics. Also, in concert they have an Animated video of them as the cartoon fairies. Star, Wind, Flower and Sun, they play this during a concert on screen, in it Wheein voices the super tall Wind. They fight and some sort of god punishes them for fighting, by shrinking them down and it goes Live action, the 3 taller ones in costumes to shrink them down but Wheein is still "normal" height. Hilarious, the best video I have seen is from their 4 seasons concert. Eventually god becomes happy and they go into the song 1 cm. So they are comedians live too. And there is a smack on korean beauty standards. They are all basically 5'2 and that is about 4 or so inches shorter than the korean beauty standard for a female idol. Going with their origins when they were told they were not beautiful and had to be the best vocalists to succeed, being too short was one of the alleged failures. So they are smacking that standard as well as joking about their own height. If you get a chance watch one of these videos which includes the animated/live action skit before the song, it is even funnier, especially when they start calling each other boogers or other names and Solar or Hwasa rolling across the stage.

I'm with you. It's a super fun song and the MV just makes it 10 times better. But as a song on it's own, it's not their best, not my favorite. It would end up low on my list as well. It's a bop, for sure, but not a top of the list bop, if you know what I mean.
