Go all out guns first 5 mins every time. So whenever someone says they go H.A.M.they mean, Hard As Mayer... then cramp up and collapse for a few moments but finish in style. Travis and Noah for 2018 games!

They talked about it at 7:30, the idea of the test is not to maintain perfect form. This is a professional athlete pushing himself to his max, not an Olympic weightlifter performing under optimal conditions. Get the weight from the floor to your shoulders, whatever means necessary.
