One thing Walt ignored was the value of Jesse's trust, goodwill being more then what's on a balance sheet, when Jesse and Hank tricked Walt into leading them to the location of his cash. By killing Mike this compromised Jesse's trust for Walt. Trust being measurable as cost, profit or loss.

I think you need to write about how the UK can gain income growth, boost GDP per capita improve productivity, decrease poverty and inequality e.g. through tax refunds for lower income earners creating a upwards trend and redistributive taxation, increase jobs and boost its economy now as a emerging economy a lot like nations like Japan which they themselves are hoping now to break through the glass ceiling and they are the nations which we signed our first trade deal when leaving the EU.
