Canada can improve its housing problem to some extent if they recover wasted land in the huge ass front yard that no one uses and tell the commercial building to make underground parking. My office as well as my wife's office are both single floor offices in such huge area with almost 50% of that being just parking lots. 😖 And in winters we have to clean snow off of our cars when leaving office. They could have easily built underground parkings, space saver, no snow cleaning required. And there are so many such offices across the country.
