bro 6:00, the flux weakening graph, is the y-axis flux symbol the total net flux =main flux + armature flux? it does not mean main flux only right? and will armature flux ever keep rising so that total net flux is negative or changes direction? if not, why?and in DC is main-field current equal to armature current? (cause in past vids u refer to current as DC current or current only, havent watched other videos yet so idk)

I think you missed talking about the brush placement like you mentioned in the beginning of the session.

so bro another thing, 6:00, u said past the saturation point, when we increase current, the rate of increase in main field flux, is smaller than rate of increase in armature flux(this is the thing subtracted), so total net rate is negative, and hence why our total flux = mainfieldflux+armatureflux has a smaller change past saturation point as depicted in graph?(assuming in graph y-axis is total flux) just confirming understanding

Thank you very much for nice explanation. Now my question is where the brushes are practically placed in a two pole machine? is it at 0 degree with neutral plan? or at 90 degree with it?

in case of motor (end of video) when current increases then flux also increase then N (speed) should decrease ????

thanks for pointing out..it was a typo...when armature current increase, flux decreases ( due to armature reaction ) and speed increases....

@Shubhaang Vyas to my knowledge, field weakening decreases field flux which decreases CEMF to the armature allowing it to rotate above base speed. Thats my dumbed down version. I may be wrong, I'm still early in my program.
