Um okay, while complicated, as far as know, none of them fell for any within their blood; so incestous (not really/at all). And not completely true, there was one moment, Rachel almost did lose it with the Phoenix. And if it hadn't been for Kitty at the time, she most likely would have. And the only reason why Scott doesn't have control over his power is due a head injury as a child (unless they had changed that reason/explanation).
