Thanks! I did have a case of banana shots most of the day but it was a lovely 2 there 🍌🐦 Course was generally really good, just a few bonus pitch marks left here and there but nothing to stop your enjoyment of the round.

Played there twice. I'll be honest I always struggle to remember the holes here. There is nothing wrong with the course it has interesting undulations, the green are great and it is fair. Always felt I was being watched there by members, not a course I would rush out to play as a visitor but I hear it is a good members clubs. There are certain courses I want to play in the area once a year, this just isn't one of them and it is really easy to get to for me. Good vlog I think your summary was fair at the end.

I know exactly what you mean about the course. My summaries (as always) are raw, unprepared and speaking straight after my round. On reflection I enjoyed it more than probably came over - some of the holes there are real belters. Editing these videos allows you lots of time to reflect on a course and looking back I did enjoy it. Maybe I'd been spoiled with the perfect weather and the views from my earlier round that day... I didn't get that feeling from the members I encountered. I spoke to a few who were very friendly and politely curious about me filming. I usually try to play when it's quiet to allow me to film, so maybe didn't have as much interaction as you've encountered. Maybe it's time to give it another try? 😉

@CeeegeT I was tempted by there open this year. My must go to courses are Cotswold Edge and Stockwood Vale. I actually think Tall Pines would make an unusual vlog for its proximity to tge Airport.

It's a tough finish for sure. Those three long par 4's are all a real challenge. I did try various things with that clip but the source audio wasn't great to start with 😥 Should have taken a closing sequence in a more sheltered spot! It's just nice to be able to share these great courses with others. Glad you're enjoying them 👍
