I welded plates on the brackets to stiffen them up. Much better now.

I’m not sure if you have like a thank you note or any kind of paper brochure included in your kits, but maybe you could include some template markings and/or measurements for the different size sluices. I work in the kitchen design/manufacturing/install business and most kitchen appliances and fixtures come with some form of paper/cardboard templates for installation. Just a suggestion to save mistakes being made by not so confident “handymen” among your customers. No one wants to go to the creek with a sluice that looks like it was manufactured in Beirut 😂
