I'm still breast feeding my 19 month old and we both are still loving it...I didn't find out until the other day that breast feeding is recommended to the age of 2 by the nhs and who (world health organisation), definitely still has lots of nutrional value... Jackson is coming on in leaps and bounds xx

Lots of lovely updates! My little one is about 15 months old and very similar to Jackson. He loves bopping away when music plays. Still a bit late with his speech but he’s so playful and happy. Loves remote controls and bath time. I’m very lucky now he sleeps through but it’s taken a while to get there as a breastfed until he was a year old. It’s amazing watching them grow and seeing their personality develop 💙

My son is also 18 months old ❤️ OH BOY, what an age it is! Ha. I'm loving all the new words and silly play. He LOVES to sing and dance. My son is very assertive and my previously very friendly, affectionate boy has become aggressive with hitting when he feels frustrated or wants to assert himself to mom and dad. That's been more challenging. And we definitely dealt with sleep regression. Ugh!! And being 5 months pregnant with #2, it's been exhausting. He has never been a napper and only has two 30 minute naps a day. But bedtime has always been a piece of cake. I'm really enjoying his independence and all of his discoveries. He certainly wishes he could communicate better and run the show. It's so fun watching these babies grow into toddlers. Jackson is such a doll!! ❤️❤️

My 15th month old was never a good sleeper, he doesnt walk yet and he doesnt eat anything without hot spices in it (Im suprised by that fact everyday), hates sweet stuff and he is super clingy. One thing he has in common is his love for TV remotes and water play.

Enjoyed the video! It’s awful when our babies get hurt. My daughter was 6 when my 1 year old whacked her in the head with a coffee mug. Split her eyebrow right open. She has a scar .... she now 21. We grew to love the scar. Besides, her favorite Disney movie is Lion King and her scar is right where Scar’s is. It looks like she has a line shaved out of her eyebrow! It’s adorable. Your boy is cute with his scar! It is him and adorable. But I know it’s sad for us moms. My current toddler got chicken pox at 11 months old and has chicken pox scars on her fave still 7 months later. It’s like when you get a new car, you don’t want any scratches or dents on our precious babies! I learned to love all the imperfections. It’s what makes them THEM!

Hi Emily, great to see Jackson's eyebrow scar healing well. My son did the same thing with cutting his lip on a corner of a coffee table when he was about 4 years old..oh it's such a sugar as a Mother...I cried..he got 3 stitches. Now he is 26 and you barely notice it..gosh how time flies. Remember, our children are on loan to us...once they grow up they simply fly the coup..I love your blogs and your kids are adorable..they have your gorgeous blue eyes.....

I'm so jealous that you still breastfeed! My 10 month old son won't feed from me anymore! 😭 since I went back to work and he had to go onto bottles. So now if I try to feed him he won't even open he's mouth he just crys 😢 it's absolutely heart breaking as I love to do it for the closeness. Ohh, I absolutely love the little faces he makes, and I love how he said "Peppa" the way he said it and the expression on his face is just absolutely adorable. Him standing up for himself sounds so funny, and it's good that he can do so, my 2 year old nephew is the youngest of three, and he sort of does the same thing, except he will more likely screech then cry because he knows that someone will help him.

I cant believe he is 18 months already!! How is this possible?? I remember when my daughter was around that age and she would have a nap from 10 / 10:30 until around 12 / 12:30 - that was our best routine time by far cause i could spend some time with her in the morning, she would nap so i would run around the house like a mad woman cleaning and then would spend some time with her in the afternoon. Loved it! She will be starting school in September and i think she will be fine but i don’t know if i will be!!!!! Great video. X

I love your updates! Been watching since I was pregnant and Noah is 9 months now! It gives me insight as to what I have to look forward to! Amazing that he sleeps through and is breastfed my mother in law keeps saying that Noah should be sleeping through now and it stresses me out!! He's not a bad baby but wakes up 1-2 times a night.
