@@SAASWithServiceNow I've checked the entire workflow but can't find the problem. Next I created a simple workflow without script to create a incident task. Now this is not working too. I wonder if there is any separate settings for related task fields. All good on the main form but not the related task fields. Please advice!

Very nice tutorial ...it really helped me...One thing I want to add here In pushing the approver with the same as the caller department we need to add one more line gr.addQuery('sys_id', ' != ' , current.caller_id); //to prevent the user who is raising the incident be added to the array of approvers. Please like if this is right...
