I've done so many outdoor runs with this magic. Thank you a lot for this work and for sharing it here for free. My first Half marathon was done with precisely this track. I've arrived first of my group surprisingly, when I found nobody and thought I was the last and sooo late so everybody was gone to the Hotel. But no I was the first thanks so bpm steps and breathing synchronization. They/I didn't believe it because they were experienced. Last thing the absence of lyrics helped me to focus on my breathing so I'm less tired and I can make wider steps...... Thank you guys !

I've done a lot of distance running on gravel. First half a minute took me back, i love that rhytmic rasped breathing with sound of clattering gravel accompanying it. That to me is mesmerizing, while it did come back during some less musical segments i just wish it was heard in background all the time.

Das Video ist klasse. Doch die selbe Musik, der selbe Takt und trotzdem nur 180 BPM Das andere Video soll angeblich 200 BPM haben, obwohl die Geschwindigkeit die selbe ist. Mysteriös!
