Hi rick,may I add this has another positive benifit👍 As I have a cognative dementia ,I cannot do the basic things we all take for granted without the help of a dedicated care team💗 This video has taken me out into the country side of which I am now unable ,and I could have been on my bike of old,driving my car,or just walking alone ! The day center I use now uses virtual reality head masks via a smart phone,I even scuba dived last week ,without getting wet😂. The friends I have made through your channel ,Austin, x Damon, bry.... the wonderful ishi art chap, through a connection with motor homes ,of which my late husband x I camped regularly in our tag axle,mostly in the ex moor areas ,many a good stelth to be had. Soooo Mr rick thank you for that ,and the effort all you guys put into these great vlogs.👍👌

How wonderful you have these options. I'm 72 now and wonder if I will eventually have similar problems like yourself & I love that VR will be a reality to so many of us who can "travel" again and get out of ourselves. Meanwhile, I'm jusing a treadmill when it is too cold, wet or too hot outside, and I love that there is something like this to watch on my ipad as I walk. Since I also love to travel, I can visit places I haven't been to, this way. I wish you well.

Great any exercise video. Just love the English countryside with sheep-manicured fields, dry stone walls, stone barns and houses, and the long tree lined single-track country roads. Theres one place in the video, maybe around 15:30 or so, where I count the wonderful trees that grace both sides of the track - like an army of shepherds watching over their flocks. There are a few Cotswold videos that I exercise every morning to, thanks for making them for YT.

🇬🇧 I love this, music perfect, uk countryside perfect, good workout perfect, spoiled by advert needed to skip other than that it’s so perfect shame……..I’ve edited this comment after doing this video every day now for the past couple of weeks having tried several other UK videos and without a doubt this is the best one so far.
