600,000.00 is the average cost of a home there. And that doesn't buy a whole lot in that area. The one in the video is probably 1.3 mill just because it has a creek. Maybe even more depending on acreage. It's a hot spot for doctors, lawyers, and CEO's from Atlanta. I can't afford a broom closet there.
