Pizza Dough is as follows: 500g Bread flour 16g kosher salt 1g active dry yeast 350 ml water 2 Tbsp sugar Combine ingredients completely, and let it sit out on your counter overnight. The next day, divide up into portion, kneed into ball shapes, cover and refrigerate for 2-4 days (ferment). The day you want to make your pizza pull the dough out about 4 hours prior and leave it on your counter. It will rise up again a bit and loosen.

My dog (German Shepherd) passed a few months ago, but she LOVED snow. (We live in northern Ohio) The firat snow every year, she would be out there running around like a mad woman and throwing snow up and on top of her with her nose. It was the funniest thing ever.
@bflogal183 жыл бұрын
I totally agree about the snow! I grew up in western NY in the snow belt. Lake effect snow was the norm. Today I live in Maryland. It’s very cold but NO SNOW! I miss the way the white shines through the windows, making the house so bright and cheerful!
@crimsonacreshomestead45533 жыл бұрын
You two are right at the top of my list along with Eric and Arielle. All these middle eastern dishes have inspired me to make my own…..saves me a 3 hour trip down to Dearborn for a shawarma wrap 😂 Keep pumping out these videos! They’re great!

Something I really appreciate with your meals (well, lots of things lol) but it's nice because you're cooking for two and it's the same for me - I don't need to have meals to feed such a large family 😊 Thanks again for the good ideas!

I love Eric and Arielle too. They are amazing! But you guys make some very awesome meals as well, I always get great ideas for dinner. I live in a "cold" area too (I put it in quotes, because of how warm it's been the last few years), but really miss the snow. And here, it has started not snowing, but raining, or snowing then raining, and that has been causing winter floods. Not good! Hope we both get some snow, but tomorrow is going to be in the 60's!🌻

I live in Eastern NC. If we get snow over an inch it CRIPPLES us. The stores empty of all the bread, milk, and beer and no one can drive for 2+ days... our ground never freezes so the snow melts and over night we get ice. So much fun. But I do love the snow....

Last week, here in Southwest Oklahoma, the schools closed Wednesday through Friday due to 1” of ice with 4.5” of snow on top. We aren’t used to driving in snow and ice. Today through Friday it’s 70°. My chickens are confused and my trees are confused. I’m so ready for spring and garden time.

I 100 percent agree with you. I live in a very cold place -20+ not unusual for 7-15 days during the winter, but we normally get a lot of snow in the fall and early winter, then again in late winter and spring. We have not been getting the snow, and the cold is just hurtful without it.

There are only the two of us, but I am the only "cook". My spouse never learned to cook. (Single mother/one child) that when I married in late in life had them mostly eating out. Now my spouse is also disabled. (6 of 12 cranial nerves damaged.) I cook 3 times a week (M-W-F), eat leftovers the following night, and eat out on Sundays after church.

Also, living in Alberta, you do not want the snow LOL I was born and raised in California and moved here... we now have 9 months of winter & snow and 3 months of bad skating!!
