I was born in 1971 and the 71 Nova has been part of my whole life so when I saw this car it was immediately my favorite. Being 6 foot 2 and 250 made me like the bigger cars automatically. You are a stand up dude without all the screaming and yelling drama and it makes folks just route for you either way. Now let's get it back to the top !!!!! I love how you guys have evolved this channel. Hearing Mrs. Murder comfortably talking in the video is a huge step forward for her. My wife who watches with me loves pointing out the change. Obviously the combination has to change as the rules change. That's just a fact of life in every type of racing. I've enjoyed watching the evolution of the car and think it would be wicked to see a big ol' screw blower sticking out the hood. 🙂 But it's going to be another learning curve. Keep kicking it!

Jim Howe was also running a mix of nitro, which I’m pretty sure was on the grey side of the rules, and said him and Scrodom will continue to do so until someone tells them otherwise. Douche bags

There rules NPK that says you can not run nitromethane. At every race track NPK has tech people checking out every car that races they check the fuel, tire size, cylinder bore size and stroke, weight. There's rules that say you can only have one power adder. You can not have twin turbos and nitrous or a procharger combo with nitrous. So people that go around saying that Ryan Martin is running nitrous with his procharger and saying Jim Howell is running nitromethane is just crazy and they don't know what there talking about they have rules and they do get checked. And if someone thinks there is a driver that is cheating you have a right to protest.

I hope that hemi puts you get at more of an even playing field and get you a win or 2. I think if you ad another fulltime crew member or 2 it would help you out tremendously. "Test more, just to break more stuff?" = yes! Unfortunately it is terribly expensive and might sometimes feel a bit useless; however, that's the most effective way to determine, then predict, in order to avoid, "parts failure", which addresses your consistency issue. More testing in your overall program is what the winners do. Sounds like you're getting there, from how you describe the season (20mins etc), which is so nice to hear.

Street Outlaws Drag & Drive would also be a great show. 1200 street miles with 6 tracks and real Drag & Drive rules with all of you guys running mid 5 second 1/4 mile cars. Now that would be a badass experience and a fun series.
