WOW! What a brilliant nurse SHE turned out to be. If she'd known what to do, she could have saved his life, as it is the poor man died anyway, so that must have been the shortest marriage in history.

The saddest part about all of this is that she didn't just do it for the money. It started off that way but she really fell in love with David and she has never gone back on that. Even when Pat called her out two years later about her track record with husbands, she still called him "her David". Now Janine is good at lying but she always slips up in the end and reveals her true feelings somehow but there was never a single moment from when this episode aired to now that Janine made me think she didn't love David. She returned tonight and she was even using the name "Judith Bernstein" again and posing as a doctor. She's running a similar con but she could have chosen any alias to use and the one she chose was Judith. That's pretty telling if you ask me.

I don't know what it is but she always has a thing for older men. It's plausible because of her Dad, because of her Father issues she might find a father type figure in them, they say you marry a man like the example your Dad gave you in earlier years

Older men will typically have more money and assets too though especially people of David's generation cos in his youth he could have bought multiples properties for peanuts[by today's standards] and made huge profits over the decades during the inflation/housing boom in the last 20 years. A lot of time young women after older men are after security. Janine was after David cos he was elderly, near death's door and she wanted to inherit. What I never got about this storyline is why he left her nothing if he thought so much of her and wouldn't marriage mean she was entitled to something anyway? Like I assume she's left her 'nursing' career to be with him so surely he would have wanted to provide for her when he was gone.

I wonder how Janine managed to convert to Judaism ✡ in such a short space of time. It's not like other religions where they say a prayer over you before you join. From what I've heard, the rabbis try to discourage you from converting before they finally give in after seeing your determination, after which you have to learn Hebrew, and I'm not sure Janine has the patience. Since Janine's mother wasn't Jewish, she isn't Jewish herself either. There's no fast-track, just ask Ivanka Trump. And most Jews are suspicious when someone who claims to be Jewish has no records. You can't just change your name and claim to be Jewish.

Well! THAT certainly showed that Janine hadn't even got a CLUE about basic 1st aid. Just screaming at him come on David isn't going to do too much for a heart attack. And if she purported to be a nurse when she applied for the job,she'd have known that you losen the mans collar, and untie shor laces and any tight clothes, and above all reassure him that medical help IS on the way. place him as flat as possible and give him a soluble aspirin to drink, or n ordinary one to chew to start to dissolve the blood clot, tho not every establishment keeps them on their premises. But as I said, just panicking, screaming and crying won't help him in any way, shape, or form.
