Plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery aren’t the same thing. You have one or the other. Unfortunately cosmetic surgery only needs a skin specialist qualification. They train to remove minor surgery generally, such as removal of moles. They’ve cashed in on the desire of some people to look better quickly. They don’t have the years of training in surgery that plastic surgeons have. Face lifts, implants etc can be done by cosmetic surgeons but it’s a huge risk. You should always seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon rather than a cowboy cosmetic surgeon who is often self taught. Some appear on social media dancing around whilst doing liposuction which has been known to perforate other organs as they’re doing it for notoriety on Video shorts. Don’t get them mixed up!

Mike wore that glitter glove on one hand to mask the first signs of vitiligo. He got tired of getting cosmetic concealer on the one hand because it was would get on everywhere. If you look for Michael and vitiligo you can see if starting to spread. His hands and chest were the first to lose pigmentation. His mother stated that he never broke his nose. So it’s your call about his nose. His oldest son allegedly appears to have vitiligo on his right hand
