Ben, could you please put together names of positions and submissions from this video. I've tried to classify all this by my own to memorise better, but not sure if I'm correct with the names and all that. It would help me a lot. If you can find some time for that, it would be great. Thank you in advance.

Cool are you fully recovered from knee injury? I just had surgery 3 months ago for torn MCL, about to make my return to jits in a couple of weeks...
@BenEddy9 жыл бұрын
gary compton I broke my arm and had to have surgery to repair it. Yes, recovered now and training lightly again. Hopefully soon I will be able to get back into the sport more seriously. Good luck with the knee man. Consistent S&C, especially stability body weight type exercises are really important when recovering from a knee injury.
@comptonstills9 жыл бұрын
yes Ben, had a light roll last night for the first time and felt good, I've been doing lots of stabilization work for the knee and feeling confident to start back, just need to get the ok from the surgeon...

Are all these submissions done when his right hand is not on the mat? or can it work as well when the hand is on the mat?
@BenEddy7 жыл бұрын
I often try and focus on tech that doesn't require their hands to be on the mat. It can be a real battle to get a hand to the mat, so I need to have game without that requirement.
@Hosedinho7 жыл бұрын
Ben Eddy thats awesome. If you do get their hand to the mat, could you apply these moves?
@BenEddy7 жыл бұрын
Hussein Aly Most yes. Depends on the hand. Sometimes though it gives them better defensive options.
