@@zachr5779 Carl has an expert rating (>2000) in the USCF, and is likely only 1700 FIDE because he probably doesn't participate in FIDE rated tournaments often. Also, Andrea's FIDE rating is 1676, so where did you get the 1900 from? Her USCF? In that case, Carl's higher rated in that, too.
