This is a really powerfull engine. I have worked on one which was driving a car alternatief belt driven from the flywheel. At 60-70 pounds on the gauge it was charging a car battery. This battery was used to power the electric blower for firing up the engine. At hard work the belast from the engine in the chimney is a beautifull sound.

I wonder if a larger version of this could power a narrow gauge locomotive? I love most strange steam powered contraptions, so I'm naturally curious!

this engine was sierialised in the Modle Engineer some time about 1910 ,have you eney details ie dates with this info its posible to make another engine ttfn&ty
