I loved my 750 til I rode my boy’s 08 Gixxer 1000. I had to get it from him. 750 turned to strictly track day bike and the 1000 was my street bike. Its all in the wrist. Mike needs to learn to let drivers see him before he cuts from lane to lane, because drivers do suddenly move over.
@twoodz27774 жыл бұрын
Omar Monelle you’re not wrong about how he was switching lanes but no matter what you do if they’re not checking for you they’re not checking for you. Many times I’ve honked or revd and I’m already in the lane directly next to a car and they still try to merge in my lane while I’m still directly next to them clear as day. Just have to be smart and be calm.
@Wiggy3214 жыл бұрын
@@twoodz2777 I'm sure you know things happen in a split second, so that's good advice to remain as calm as you can. There is alot of distracted driving happening these days, not to mention the odd road debris that someone is trying to avoid. All you can be is careful. Bless up!
@Shellshock3614 жыл бұрын
Yeah, when you're going super fast, they might not even see you cause they'll start changing lanes then you fly up. Plus, new riders when they start out they're more careful then start getting more confident then make dumb decisions then see how it impacts them IF they make it, then they slow down. His friend seems to be getting his back on that though, teaching him.
@Shellshock3614 жыл бұрын
@@twoodz2777 In my motorcycle course a while ago they always say don't ride directly next to a car if you can help it. Even when I'm in my car people suddenly almost merge into me because they don't check blind spots.

Not necessarly on how to ride, but more on gear (what to get and what you see best to buy first) and steps to purchasing bikes second hand. it seems like youre very well rounded around ppl who are already super knowledgable, but there are many like myselg who don't have as many hands-on knowledge around them as yourself.
