Out for a spin on the big J.I. Case. Power is provided from a 17.7 litre (1082 cubic inch) horizontally opposed twin cylinder engine rotating at 475rpm. Just over 4400 of these 14,000lb machines where built from 1912 to 1919. Pioneer Acres Museum, Irricana, Alberta.

Amazing! I wonder how many of the huge beastly tractors of all makes from this generation didn't survive the scrap drives of World War 2? With the very small numbers that survive today from the big manufactures, it's sad to think of how many from the low volume makers went totally extinct to the scrappers torches.
