Your heart is in right place but until it moves from conversation to real action to look at the whole picture that all parties are human and victims. It will remain a part of society victimized by politicians. Transparency is almost impossible unless you exist on the inside to see the parts in really action.points well taken. To say we can do humanity a service that is just.with addressing the reality of the unpredictable factors and being able to react in the time of need. Good luck God bless

Oh i know, reduce internal police forces to small community groups and only large enough to quell minor uprisings or protests by using advanced crowd control technology, that way you also reduce the spread of small arms and combative training in the population of the controlled areas or "countries"
