Having Lou Costabile visit is always fun, he's has the biggest classic car content channel on youtube, is knowledgeable, and a joy to hang out with. Lou covers the nation and keeps us informed about the latest cool cars he's covered. When he comes to visit we want him to drive our cars, experience what excites us and feel the difference of the older cars. We have a museum, not a library, when you start the car it comes to life. Watch the video, watch Lou's face, he's a real car guy, with the smile on his face I sometimes wonder if he'll return our car! Lou's the best!

What a special car. As an automotive engineer, I have spent innumerable hours looking at details on cars of so many eras. Deusenbergs are so special because, I believe they were the absolute pinnacle of both design and engineering, and way ahead of their time in both aspects. I have been to the Auburn Cord Deusenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana many times and still marvel at these examples of rolling artwork. My near 40 years of experience has taught me what works, what doesn't, what's cheap and what is quality. These cars are off the charts when it comes to execution and innovation. Of course, when cost is no object, you can attain a lot but you must have the engineering expertise to do it. I can't imagine the level of personal pride employees of this company must have had in producing these magnificent automobiles, which still blow you away 100 years later. How can you not be impressed with a gold emblem on a differential? Once again, well done, Lou!

Lou, you have crafted some wonderful videos and captured many "special" cars in your catalogue, but you have gone above and beyond your excellent level by presenting a jewel of automotive history. There are precious few makes as prestigious and royal than a Duesenberg. This is a stunning example with the dark exterior (black?) accented by that wonderful red line and the beauty of nickel-plating that gives depth to the "color" that chrome simply lacks. And you are so spot on identifying the jewel-like qualities of this brand with attention down to the differential badging. It pains me on ordinary mass production modern vehicles that come "pre-rusted" in many under carriage components. Thanks for sharing, Lou. Your attention to a wide range of automobiles is first rate. I lament that a person like Lou in 30 years will only have a bevy of overweight, oversized SUV's (and golf carts) to slobber over.

Congratulations Lou, add this video to your list of bragging rights! Such a beautiful and rare car. Larry is a very fortunate man. Obviously, he is a great steward. I'm not so sure Duesenburg's STILL get their due... I live in Maine not far from the Bob Barhe museum at Paris Hill. It houses one of the greatest collections of Packards and Duesies anywhere. I mention it as I [and many] get to see these magnificent autos up close. Stories and videos are wonderful, but...nothing like getting to see the awesome detail and beauty right before your own eyes. With that being said, I would urge - especially after your terrific video - for all auto enthusiasts to motivate themselves to seek out these cars. It is an experience not to be surpassed. Gr8 work Lou. This one goes to the top.

Very interesting video. Marvelous car! So beautiful a car! What an honor to be allowed to drive it! I can't imagine owning a car and letting someone else drive off in it without me being in the car. I learned so much about the Duesenburgs that I wasn't aware of in this video. I am definitely going to have to visit the Duesenburg, Auburn, Cord Museum in Auburn, Indiana to see and learn more. Your videos are the next best thing to experiencing the cars in person. I look for ward to watching every one of them.
