Sure the chassis is older than your grandma, but this rat rod SHREDS with the best of them! Brad Mulhern of the Problem Garage put in an LS1 engine for 400 horses of power, and then put on the BEEFIEST tires you've ever seen and the result is bigger clouds than a smokehouse. These are some big, smokey burnouts that impress the hell out of our whole crew, and if its inaugural pendulum donuts don't impress you you might not have a pulse. Enjoy!

I'm super into early cars and a fun fact is that they didn't really have the ability to do accurate torsional rigidity and material strength calculations at the time, so they just made each part as durable as is possible. So that is how you get body panels that can hit concrete with only a small dent.

I felt the same levels of excitement and sadness as Jon when he said there was a train horn, and that it wasn't wired up. Story time! I was getting the bed of my truck sprayed, and the guy who did it told me he had a truck on the lift at the time with a train horn attached, and asked if I wanted to see it. Well hell yeah I wanted to see it. He hit it *inside the shop*, and I about jumped out of my skin.

Ok, hear me out. You guys need to install a big fan that is flush with one of the walls to create a "wind tunnel" to provide cooling airflow to the radiators of vehicles so they can do burnouts to fucking infinity and beyond with the front bumper against the wall.

@@cheese3enjoyer I don't really know the story, but I'm pretty sure he just wasn't as good of a builder as the guys thought. I don't think Scotto was too happy after his Build-and-Battle when he got an additional $10k to finish up his build to auction off, and then proceeded to grenade the engine and make the entire thing basically worthless. Combine that with his center-of-attention personality that didn't really mesh too well with the crew and camera-hogging tendencies, and I think they "encouraged" him to "start his own channel."
