You want a real exploit. Go for superior firepower. Put rocket artillery in it, artillery and a light tank recon fixed turret cheapest version with medium howitzer canon you will have at least 200 soft power. At least. Put one good medium tank in that infantry devision and you will have a division that cuts through everything like cutting a cake. You will have so much soft attack you will get tired of soft attack

Spy agencies in general have turned out so disappointing. Their effects are rarely worth the time and civilian factories needed to set up the operations. It also sucks how low your maximum number of spies is unless you become faction spymaster.

Hard disagree things that spy agencies do that are great. Collabs governments enough said, 15% stats in combat, reduce enemy planning and entrenchment, being able to see enemy fleets and trade routes, ciphers both breaking and the passive buffs

Next time when you justifying a wargoal, watch out on which state you are justifying at. You want to take Dobruja from Bulgaria but it cancels out because you took it from Allies who invaded Bulgaria a while before.

i use to make paratroopers and use them as a qrf by hoping from airport to airport in my own territory. but you can go from Sicily to Normandy in a couple days. it reduces your need for rear armies.

I mean it makes sense that even though the Anti-air division has less Armored Unit equipment than a division with regular tanks, it has the same armor value because all Armor Value does is tell you what level of piercing your unit can withstand.

And it's the armor per tank because armor stays the same even if you have less tanks because like you said it's based on what it takes to penetrate a tank not all tanks.

Just a quick info on Ismet Inonu and why he has that weird 200% war goal thing: The Turkish President of 1938-1950 era, Inonu, is known for his anti war efforts. He did everything, even starve his own people before declaring war on anyone. Even though his policies hurt the overall morale really bad (all the food being stocked in silos and being left to rot, bread being given to people with vouchers, even people who had money couldn't buy due to how many vouchers everyone had in a day and so on because Germans or Soviets could attack any time and Turkey had to be prepared) he's praised by many due to how he constantly juggled the Turkish relations with France, UK, Germany and Soviets, and in the end, declared war on Germany in 1945 just days before Berlin fell. Guaranteed Turkey a place whatever the outcome, should the Soviets win, Turkey already had a non aggression pact with them and was ready to cooperate more, should the Germans win, Turkey was already selling tons and tons of chromium and had German-Turkish Friendship Treaty with them, Allies were already keen on cooperating with Turkey and even invited them to Allies on the condition of Turkey declaring war on Germany besides the Turkish Friendship Treaties with both UK and France. Everyone was playing checkers while he was playing backgammon, does not mean he had the greatest of policies, but damn, was he both lucky and smart. RIP National Chief.
