I had that Barbie Vett 1979. It had a gray suitcase w/ stripe that snaped on the luggage rack. Also tiny gray colored 8 tracks for the radio.

Gosh I had most of that Barbie stuff😆 pink case, some of those outfits, The Dream Pool. The Disney bag with the yellow is 70s through '82 ish. Went in '82 and I remember those bags. The black and white "post cards as you called them" are silhouetts. They had artist in Disney World who would do them for $. The older silhouetts have Walt Disney World name on the art paper. The newer versions didn't have the name

Cool, I actually found out those silhouettes were his wife and brother I think. They are going back to them😁

The 1930s toys with the "futuristic" look were showing art deco styling, which was popular at that time. Vehicles and trains were styled with a streamlined appearance.

I think they look awesome. To bad the cars of the future didn't live up to the vison.

Interesting items! The last few items that were in good shape would make good decor items for your new store. If the tin toys aren’t worth a lot, it might be cool to do some restoration videos on some of them.

I agree, some of them will definitely be used in displays.
