What an awesome sounding instrument, and great performance. I have played a few of these in my time and always enjoy them.

Great player and amazing guitar. What’s up with the lace up boots? Are they a regional fashion or are they a prop you use with your players? Seems like a number of the players on your channel wear them. Don’t get me wrong, I think they look cool, but don’t see many folks wearing them out here on the west coast.

Honestly, I own several guitars. My favorite is a mid-range Seagull. I have found as a working musician that people don't care much about your gear. I appreciate this video, but my Seagull is undisginguistable fromthis highly end and undeniably desirable guitar. If you are a collector, well and good. But I do quite satisfactorily with a mid-quality instrument. This is sort of like someone showing off a 70 'Cuda. Nice car, but it ain't the best thing for a working guy. Just my opinion

There’s a reason no one wants the Seagull. I am sure it’s not undistinguishable when you play it. It may sound similar. But I suspect when you play it…. Normally people who can’t afford one say the same thing “indistinguishable”. Not. Why do violinists play stadivari etc? There is a reason. These are the Stradivari of our age. Get on the train. You missing out

With all due respect that’s a very ignorant statement. There’s many levels of gear, and it’s true the gear don’t make the players but they sure do help one carry out the task of playing better! When a craftsman uses a better tool they can still do a terrible job overall but with out the right tools someone can’t really do the best job . For acoustic guitars particularly high end you really do get what you pay for; i.e. better materials, craftsmanship, construction methods and time spent on the instrument, that also plays and sounds better. All that stuff adds up nd especially with an acoustic wood(and other materials) make for a more resonant refined instrument. These instruments are made with the finest of care and acoustics in particular rely on physics to create sound, over time vintage instruments dry out and actually sound More resonant.
