Fabricating a pinch weld frame to hold the sheet metal flooring. Cutting out and bead rolling panels for the flooring, including cutting holes in top C notch panel to gain access to the rear air bags. Welding it all in, starting with the back seat, then over the C notch and finally ending in the trunk.

By the way you can get those nuts that are 3in long drill a hole in the wood and JB weld them in and glue zippers on your plastic sheeting and the wood. The box fans and filters are easy you know what to do on those. That plastic is all over the place now whit this virus stuff going on. All the stores are using it and its heavy duty stuff too. Last a long time and would probably break down to the size of a cherry picker. build a nice box for it that holds everything. A ready paint booth.

Just wondering. If you took some 2x4s and costume made them with some plastic 2 nice box fans and filters used for heating and air you could make a paint booth really easy that would tear down fast and give you a great place to paint dust free. Have you ever considered it? Probably take 3-4 hundred in parts and would put away in a small space.

You are the man. I love your show so much. I would love to see you build a 69 frame off 1000hp Camaro. I know your heart is in low riders and I like some of the old bombs built but for me I'm hotrod at heart. Tell me have you ever thought of building a lowrider with 24s in the front and 13s in the back? The problem I see is finding a skinny tire for the 24 and You'd have to cut the rim to narrow it. And you'd have to use a 100 spoke on both. So think of this. A car that has these wheels with little to no rake, Maybe a little in the front but could be dropped on the ground when parked. You can't skirt it cause you'd want that 13 to show. This would give a cool look if all tires had the same width and thats the key to pulling this off but wow you could start something that people would go crazy over. I'm sure getting that 24 under the fender with it able to turn is a big part as well. Love your show man.

@@BellosKustoms I didn't think they were that thick. I still need to buy mine. Going with Slam re7s. Hey let me ask, does anyone make a load leveling sensor that just increases or let's out air pressure on it's own according to the rear end height? I'm bagging the rear of my '51 Belair but I don't want switches, I just want it so I set the ride height where I want it and if someone gets in or out of the back seat it'll increase or decrease the pressure to take it to the preset ride height.

@@ninja63639 Check out the last video posted, Pt. 11 to the cabriolet build. Im installing a system called E-Level made by AccuAir. It does exactly what you are describing.

@@BellosKustoms I watched it my brother. I watch 'em all. I was thinking something like that but automatic so I dont have to press a button. I want something that'll just do it on it's own if the rear weight changes
@BellosKustoms
@BellosKustoms 3 жыл бұрын
@@ninja63639 E-level does that. You can have preset ride heights and the sensors keep the bags adjusted to that height
