Creating the tunnel over the driveshaft and fabricating a front floor under the dash out of sheet metal.
- Using a slip roll machine to curve sheet metal to give clearance and cover the drive shaft.
- Cutting and cleaning parts of the original floor to give good area to weld to.
- Using the power hammer and shrinker to form panels to cover the transmission.
- Welding together all the shaped panels and then welding them to the existing floor of the car.
- Using a hydraulic hole punch to cut holes out of the panels for the automatic transmission pedal set up and bead rolling those panels before bolting them down under the feet and pedals.

You amaze me how easy you make it look . For you it’s like no problem chop here there remove this lol absolute talent unbelievable. And seen your other videos . Your quality of work is top notch . Clean welds and you even smooth out the metal getting it straight and clean . I’ve seen other shops that weld layers of metal on top of each other then Bondi it all up . Quality work keep it up love the videos .

Dude, I know your vid is like 3 years old, but I just needed to give you a suggestion... Did you ever get yourself an electric shear? It would save you alot of time over tin snips. No need to straighten waves and stuff that the tin snips leave behind. And you save yourself alot of muscle pain when you need to do many cuts as when you need to adjust for a better fit. Just a suggestion. 😉

hoping I'd get to see you put the boot ring chimney on it or "console" as they call it.. lol .. did you make it a level flat top where the boot ring bolts on or does it wrap around the tunnel? very fookin cool tho the ribbing for added integrity beefing the metal up is tops, way better than what was there before but honestly the owner should have had you do the entire floor pan, cough up the cash and do it.. install inspection plates so forth where you cut holes, weep hole divots the works, perfectly sealed pan.. still a huge improvement now the carpet will look right but from below its going to look wrong, with new on old..
