The most glamorous cars evolved in the late 30s. The SS Jaguars and the SA and WA MGs head my favourites list. Thank you for this superb production.

me too .. "THANKS SO SO MUCH" for showing us.. and the history. I still don't know how to thank everyone involved with this presentation enough... "THANK YOU" is such a short, terse expression...but the love and wonder of this treasured vehicle extends far beyond that mere expression. When ya love a Jag as much as "I" and "WE" do? Just can't express it. Wonderful. TY for putting this together for us all. TY

2 nights ago I visted an old friend of mine Jim Wilson of Belfield Sydney Australia and in his garage sat his 1938 SS 100. He is a whiz with Jaguars he looked after my Mark V in the 1970's.

WHAT? we don't get to go for a ride? I loved it when the owner called it a "truck/sportscar." Great video. I really enjoyed this.

Hi David, I like riding in them too, however the rides usually came later as this Channel matured (and editing was involved too). Happy to read you enjoyed the video. Did you watch the commercials (or at least the ones you can completely through? Please do, as that how I get paid so you can see more videos, Lou

Especially when you consider that the SS100 was made to a keen price from Standard Car Company mechanical parts, but William Lyons was a clever lad.
