This is perfect Dan, good timing. I am replacing the collar on the clutch fork and cannot loosen the two bolts that hold the collar in place. Guess I need some persuasive heat.

Hey Daniel, as usual I enjoy the videos. Question though, where did you locate the bronze clutch fork? Also the belt pully bearing? I can't seem to find a source to buy either one. Any help pointing me in the right direction for those parts would be much appreciated.

The bronze fork you will have to get from a parts place. I got mine from Sharp's Antique Tractor Parts. As for the bearing, look up the part number in the parts manual. Then go to Google and search "john deere bearing cross reference". A site with Rainer tractor club has a pdf that gives you the bearing equivalent for some name brands. Even if you can't find those name brands, a lot of times, others list equivalents to those name brands. You will typically find bearings much cheaper searching for equivalents versus JD part number. If you have any trouble, let me know what tractor you are working on and I can look it up for you. If you can't find the bearing cross reference, email me and I can send it to you.

@@DanielFarmChannel its the big roller bearing for the belt pully, john deere dealer was unhelpful. Stiener and jensales said they dont have a supplier for them.

For all styled JD A, the pulley bearing is part number JD7487R. This equates to a Hyatt 1209TS or a Rollway 1209B. If you search for those in Google you should have some results.

@erichartman9777 looks like that is JD8620R. The equivalent for that is Hyatt RA99209. Looks like I was able to find a few results on Google for that. Also, Bower J70-2436. Good luck.
