Thanks for your information about 1939 wheat penny. Today we found a 1939 wheat penny that has been altered. President Lincoln has been changed to look like a soldier with a small body and wearing a helmet. the head is done very well. I found that there was such a thing as Trench art during WWI and WWII. I'm thinking that this is an example of that. Are you familiar with this?

I had a penny just like the double one in this video. I have no clue what year, just that it was Lincoln bc his head was doubled like this and I thought it looked so strange. I was in high school I think. So we are talking late 90s or early 2000s. Had no idea it could be worth money and I even wondered if they would take it to use as an actual penny since it was so messed up. Kick myself a lot for that one.

i happen to stumble across a 1939 penny today seems to have all the right markings but to me seems like its in a rare to see condition with it being something i found in and old dresser drawer for all the details of the coin to still look so prominent, my question is what do i do with it now ive never had one graded and dont know really where to go to sale it afterwards to people who will no what it really is so @couch bro any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated
