That's actually formula 3. "Midgets" is not the right description. These cars (mostly Coopers) with their 500cc bike engines and chain drive are the start of the modern Grand Prix car!

@@thatoneguy7191 they did not have F4 in those days! But a few people managed to kill themselves in those things (no helmets!.) Raymond Sommer for one.

Most people associate Goodwood with the hill climb in the grounds of the estate, but the circuit is still used today for the Revival.
