Serial # 83911695. Model B-1PW126. Mileage reads 51,575. Powered by the original 6 cylinder flat head gas engine. 4 speed manual transmission with 2 speed transfer case. The engine starts easily and the transmission works as it should. The brakes are good, all lights are working. The original interior looks good. All the glass is good. This is a good rust free original 1949 Dodge Power Wagon in good condition. This is a neat old Power Wagon that drives just like it did in 1949. Built for wartime use, Mopar invented the modern four-wheel-drive pickup and created a legend. The 94hp, 230-cu.in. flathead-6 powered truck was never going to win any speed contests, but for the municipalities, fire companies, ranchers, farmers and others who ordered them, speed was never the issue. They were tough as rocks, cheap to fix, and lasted forever.
