That Mercury never really needed chopping. They were low slung as is. A rival for the period Ford shoebox in my opinion, both were perfectly proportioned.

Love it! I love how it still looks original. 49-51 Mercs dont need to be chopped or channeled they look tough stock. Also I love the factory grill on these. Understated yet very cool!

Tastefully done. Happy to see he kept the flathead instead of throwing in a 500 hundred hp, tire burning, cop bait, gas hog, crate motor. Those flat heads had cooling problems, which I assume he addressed, but other than that they are a solid compact design. (Not as good as a straight six in my opinion.)

Siendo yo un niño 7 u 8 años cálculo ,mi padre recibió por la venta de una propiedad uno del modelo 50 cupe como este era de color azul obscuro y la tapicería en color avellana quede deslumbrado por el brillo de su pintura y sus cromados ,es uno de los coches más soñados por mi ,junto con la cupe Chevrolet impala SS del 64 que también mi padre tubo en su momento otro de los coches que me impactaron en mi niñez.
