Very informative. I passed by the old Sedgwick Machine Works plant on a rail trip to NYC from Albany. I am also familiar with the Remington Company; my uncle sold typewriters for them after WW2, and I know a gal who worked at the Library Bureau in Ilion, NY, where they still manufacture firearms.
