1951-52 Parkhurst Gordie Howe RC - I “Think It’s Real” TDB by PSA + 1955-60 Low Grade w/Plante RC

As you watch this video, the 1951-52 Parkhurst Gordie Howe rookie card is on route to PSA. This card does NOT have the obvious look/feel of a reprint! It has some subtle corner touches and a small crease which we discovered after the card was removed from the holder. While we are quite confident in thinking this is authentic, until it is slabbed there is a micro seed of doubt! Hopefully we get good news on this card. Once we do, we will let the consignor know.
This collection also contains a nice cross-section of vintage and some high-end modern autos. Make sure to stick around to see the binder of hockey from 1955 to 1960. All of the Montréal Canadiens cards have noticeable tape marks on both sides. Interestingly, the Toronto Maple Leafs cards are clean! It appears he taped the cards of Richard, Beliveau, Geoffrion and Plante on his bedroom wall to proudly show his love for The Habs. He left their dreaded rivals alone to sit in a dark shoebox far away from his public shrine!
