The random woman yelling “hey, watch yourself you idiot!” almost sounds like something from a GTA game and happens multiple times during the video I believe

See my comment above about Everly Bros Dream song that didn't come out til '58 - the soundtrack here is just atmosphere, not to be taken literally. Also, I can't remember cars changing colors without the help of windowpane or yellow blotter either but your brain gets the gist. 👀

The interesting part is that no power lines can be seen, until 5:57, and from there they are visible like in any normal village. The sound was annoying with all that fake dialog.
