1952 International - saved from scrap - truck restoration - from the scrap yard to my shop

found another international at the wrecking yard and I had to bring it home. My wife wanted Hallmark Truck anyway

Glad the parts will get used, thanks for saving it. I also have a '52, big ol' L-162 with a dump bed. Saved it from the 'rat rod' schmucks. If you end up with an extra hood ornament and front lip trim, let me know if you'd be interested in selling them...

Great rescue! Glad to see it saved and not crushed. I had a 1954 International about 6 years ago. Practically same body style as this. Had the 6cyl and 4 speed. Long bed. Never should have sold it 😔

I learned how to drive at age eight on a South Dakota farm. It was a1952 gray international truck with four on the floor. Great memories. We also had a red 54 with three on the tree. That was my chick truck.

Hey Big Guy , I am looking for a couple parts for my 1952 International L series truck which is what you have on the trailer , mile is a larger size but all the cab parts are interchangeable . My truck used to have the Silver Diamond 220 straight 6 cylinder engine . Please let me know if you may allow me to buy a couple of parts off that truck . @@CVcustoms Front grill with headlights and blinker lights or just all the lights and light parts . The hood if it's not bent or damaged and the outer & inner door handles plus the window handles . The hand brake assembly from the transmission and everything . I changed my drivetrain to Chevy with a bored out small block 400 and pepped it up . The handbrake system is a need to pass the new vehicle inspection . I'm also looking for some 20" with 6 lug or bolt truck rims for 8.25 x 20 tires . Also a good gas tank that goes under the cab of the truck with a working fuel sending unit with the gas cap and filler on the driver's side . Or just a decent parts truck with just the parts I'm looking for . My truck is a 1952 L150 International . ZAK .
